This Privacy Policy explains how Denaro Labs, Inc. ("DenaroAI," "we," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Any updates become effective immediately upon posting.

Personal Information Collected

DenaroAI collects personal information from several types of users through various interactions with our Service, including dashboard entries, uploaded spreadsheets, integrations to accounting software and CRMs, and direct communications (SMS, phone, email). This data may include, but is not limited to:

From Clients (Business Users of the DenaroAI platform):

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Business address
• Billing and payment details, subscription information
• Account preferences, communication logs, usage data

From End-Users (Debtors / Customers of our Clients):

• Full name, email address, mobile phone number
• Invoice amounts and due dates, payment history
• Communication preferences, link tracking
• Communication logs (SMS, call, email records)

From Employees, Contractors, and Applicants:

• Personal identification details, contact information, employment history

Use of Personal Information

The personal data collected is used strictly for purposes aligned with our Service offering and legal compliance, specifically to:

• Provide and optimize the Service, including AI-powered outreach and recovery services
• Identify and authenticate Clients and Authorized Users of the platform
• Contact End-Users and manage outreach efforts (SMS, calls, emails) as directed by the Client
• Process billing and transactional activities for Clients
• Respond to support inquiries and communicate account updates to Clients and End-Users
• Personalize platform functionality based on Client usage and behavior
• Maintain operational compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., FDCPA, TCPA, CCPA)
• Evaluate job applications and manage employee information

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, share, or rent personal data (including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) for marketing or advertising purposes to other agencies or third parties under any circumstances. We never use or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist with platform operations, such as hosting, billing, analytics, data storage, and technical support, provided those parties agree to strict confidentiality and data protection terms. It is the responsibility of DenaroAI to ensure all third parties are secure and compliant with all data for the Client and their End-Users.

Data may also be disclosed:

• To comply with applicable laws or legal processes (e.g., subpoena, court order, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies)
• To protect DenaroAI's legal rights, users, systems, or Services
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition (with prior notice to affected Clients)

Regarding SMS Communications: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Opt-In and Text Messaging

DenaroAI provides a software platform that allows our Clients (Business Users) to contact End-Users via SMS (text message) for collection, account notifications, and payment communications. Where required by law, our Clients are strictly responsible for obtaining explicit, legally compliant consent from their End-Users prior to initiating SMS outreach through the DenaroAI platform.

Providing a mobile phone number to DenaroAI or our Clients does not itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS is obtained separately through an explicit, affirmative opt-in (for example, checking an unchecked box at denaroai.com/reminders or another documented written opt-in). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, payment, or account access. You may decline or revoke consent at any time without affecting your ability to do business with DenaroAI or its Clients.

For Denaro Labs, Inc.'s own customer care SMS program, End-Users opt in only through the standalone signup page at denaroai.com/reminders . That page requires users to manually check an unchecked consent box; providing a phone number alone does not enroll anyone in SMS messages. On other DenaroAI lead forms, consent to calls or texts about our services is obtained by submitting the form with disclosure adjacent to the button.

Your SMS Rights:

• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by responding with "STOP" to any SMS message
• You will not be charged for SMS opt-out requests
• Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications
• SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes

Protection of Personal Data

DenaroAI follows industry best practices to protect personal data. We maintain a commitment to protecting data integrity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy.

Google User Data

When a user signs in with Google or connects a Google account in DenaroAI, DenaroAI requests only the access needed for the feature that user turns on:

• Sign in with Google (openid, email, profile): to identify the user and show their name and picture in DenaroAI.
• Gmail send (gmail.send): to send an email the user writes in DenaroAI, and the confirmation, reschedule and cancellation emails for appointments they book, from their own Gmail address. DenaroAI cannot read, delete or change the user's mail.
• Google Calendar list (calendar.calendarlist.readonly): to list the user's calendars so they can choose which ones are checked for conflicts and which one bookings go on. DenaroAI cannot create, share or delete a calendar.
• Google Calendar events (calendar.events): to show the user's events and treat them as busy so customers are not booked over them, and to add, update or remove the appointments the user books in DenaroAI on their calendar.
• YouTube (youtube.force-ssl): when a business connects its YouTube channel, to publish the videos it posts from DenaroAI, show those videos' views and comments, reply to or moderate comments, and delete a video the business removes in DenaroAI.
• Google Ads (adwords): when a business connects its Google Ads account, to show its Search and Local Services campaigns, leads and results in DenaroAI, and to create, pause or resume the campaigns it manages there. Ads are only created or changed when someone in the business does so in DenaroAI.

DenaroAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above, in the user's own DenaroAI workspace.
• Google user data is never sold, and never used or transferred for advertising, retargeting, credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
• Google user data, raw or derived, is never used to create, train or improve foundational or generalized AI or machine-learning models, by DenaroAI or anyone else.
• Where a DenaroAI feature uses AI to read a customer conversation that includes Google user data, that data is processed only through the paid API of the AI provider the business has chosen in DenaroAI (such as Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude), under terms that do not allow it to be used to train models, and only to provide that feature.
• DenaroAI staff do not read Google user data unless the user asks us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

A user can stop DenaroAI's access at any time by disconnecting the Google connection in DenaroAI's settings, or from their Google Account permissions page. To have stored Google user data deleted, contact support@denaroai.com.

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Threads Data

When a business connects a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business number, Meta ad account or Threads profile to DenaroAI, we receive the information Meta shares for the permissions the business approves: the connected accounts' names and ids, messages and comments sent to them, posts and their metrics, ad account and campaign data, and lead form submissions. We use it only to provide those features to that business: its inbox, publishing, comment replies, reporting, ads and lead follow-up. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Deleting your data: to remove DenaroAI's access, disconnect the account in DenaroAI under Social Media, Accounts (or Settings, Marketplace, Meta Business Suite), or remove DenaroAI from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings under Apps and Websites. To have the data we stored deleted, email privacy@denaroai.com from the account owner's email with the account name, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. A deletion request sent through Meta is handled the same way.

Retention of Personal Data

User data is retained only for as long as necessary to:

• Deliver and support the Services
• Comply with financial and legal record-keeping standards
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
• Train ongoing AI models to personalize outreach (never using data received from Google APIs; see Google User Data below)

User data is retained indefinitely unless manually deleted by the Client or End-User. To request deletion of personal data, contact support@denaroai.com. Upon request, DenaroAI will securely delete or remove the requested personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

User Rights

Clients and End-Users maintain control over their personal data and have the right to:

• Access: Access the personal data held by DenaroAI upon request
• Correction/Update: Request corrections or updates
• Deletion: Request deletion, subject to legal and contractual limitations
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing where applicable (e.g., by opting out of communications)
